Can I cancel or change my order?
We'll begin processing your order quickly, so we can't make any changes after confirmation. The delivery address and shipping method can't be changed either.

When will I receive my order?
Orders placed on working days before 3 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
Standard delivery in the Netherlands to your home or a pick-up point is free for orders over €100. For other countries in Europe, this applies to orders over €175.
During sales and holidays, delivery times may be longer, so please take this into account when placing your order.
Can I return my purchase?
You can return your online purchases to us within 30 days. If you return the product, you will be charged a €3.95 return shipping fee, even if you return the entire order. If you have used the product beyond what is allowed, we may charge you for any loss in value. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and with the tags attached.
An item is missing from my package, what now?
Oops, that's not supposed to happen. It could be that one of your parcels is still on its way. You can see whether your order consists of multiple parcels in our email confirmation and in My Account.
Is there no parcel on its way? Then we will be happy to resolve this with you at our Customer Service team .
